From what I can tell there are no problems with the email, passes all of the tests but it never got 'delivered' to my inbox. I mean I can see from the logs below that it got sent but the email never ended up in my inbox(neither on the desktop app nor the web client).
It's not queued up or deferred, there's no quota that's maxed, server space is fine, there was no huge increase in traffic yesterday the message volume was normal, just not sure where the hell this email went and what is more worrying is the question of how many other emails like this are missing? Would great appreciate some help to track down why this email didn't reach it's destination. Thanks!

Hi unc0nnected,
Could you please tell us if you have some mails in the queue? Launch the command postqueue -p like Zimbra user.
Did you try to launch a zmcontrol restart? Any error in /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log?
And the most important, please share with us the result of zmcontrol -v and tell us if you are using Single Server or Multi Server.
Best regards

Hey Jorge, Thanks for the quick reply.. Sorry I have my zimbra version in my profile but I never thought to put it here. Silly me:
Release 8.0.7.GA.6021.UBUNTU10.64 DEBIAN6_64 FOSS edition
Mail queue is empty, restarted zimbra yesterday yea, no errors in the logs.
I asked them to resend and it came through fine so I'm not horribly worried, I just figured I'd ask if there might be somewhere was overlooking in my attempt to track down the issue(if one exists that is)

I would search your /op/zimbra/log/mailbox.log for the message id of the missing email....20150106053928.Horde.cUvkXG7IL3nd7ZausRSxNg6

Try this and then restart (I nearly pulled out all my hair over this one!).
