Zimbra 8.5.1foss webclient and outlook 2007-2010

Hi,
I have some troubles with zimbra web client and outlook 2007-10. Here how it happens:
1.Outlook user send me a mail that contains images, in my webclient message looks ok.
2.I reply to the outlook user, and he gets message cutted and images looks like attachments.
and one more thing, if i reload web client before replying, CTRL+R, outlook user gets full message without cuts and all images on their places.
the problems appears to me only in Microsoft outlook 2007 and 2010.

Any suggestions?

IÃ‚Â´m facing the same problem! A was able to compare the two messages, one without pressing CTRL+R e the ohter one pressing it. The message that shows the broken body have the HTML like this:

This problem don't happend with 7.x, but with 8.0.x and 8.6 (FOSS)

Hi guys,

Can you please tell me how you have your accounts configured? POP or IMAP?

Do you have other Mail client? Like Thunderbird? or even in iPhone or Android, do you see the email properly?

This problem can be related with the way that Outlook 2007 render the HTML, In Zimbra 8.0.x and above we use the latest versions of TinyMCE, something related with this.

I will try to search something.

My clients is using POP , the problem appears only in OUTLOOK , thunderbird gets messages without cuts.

the latest version without problem is 8.0.7, i can make some screenshots if it helps.

Can you explain your issues? Why are you in 8.5? You need to upgrade to 8.6 Patch 4 if possible.

The occurred because messages from Outlook(2010 only, 2013 not have problem), contain broken html, the zimbra not works fine with broken html and only the first part of the message are displayed.

Do you know anything about this bug?

What is the best way to migrate production server from 8.5 version to version 8.6 patch 4?

I really need to upgrade but is not option in this moment because I need more security to do this.

I found the same problem. Zimbra web client cuts the message in style code.

Can you send the style code part completely for my analyse?

Outlook use Word as HTML editor and it don't ignore error.

In any other client mail, the message appears well.

So, in this case we have 2 problems.

1- Zimbra cuts style code when message is replayed

2- Client mail (Outlook) stop in style code.

So, for information, Was the original message generated by Outlook in portuguese? Mine, was.

My code is below.

Eu encontrei o mesmo problema. O Webmail do Zimbra corta parte do cÃƒÂ³digo que estÃƒÂ¡ em StyleCode.

VocÃƒÂª pode me enviar a parte do codigo Style que tem o corte? O meu acontece sempre na parte onde aparece "Texto de balÃƒÂ£o char" o Outlook que insere.automaticamente esse estilo no cÃƒÂ³digo.

O Outlook usa o Word como editor HTML e quando ele encontra algum erro cÃƒÂ³digo, exibe sÃƒÂ³ atÃƒÂ© onde fez a leitura.

Em outros cliente de email funciona corretamente, atÃƒÂ© no celular.

EntÃƒÂ£o, neste caso temos 2 problema.

1 - O Zimbra corta o cÃƒÂ³digo quando a mensagem ÃƒÂ© respondida.

2- O Outlook para de exibir quando o cÃƒÂ³digo tem algum problema.
