Hi everyone
Is there a way to give a user view permission to another user's mailbox, without the source user knowing? Like a share but hidden from the original user?
If not the other options I've found are hidden forwarding of incoming messages and legal intercept. Are there any other ways to accomplish this?
Cheers, B

Hidden share of user mailbox
Hi batfastad,
You can follow the next steps, the source user can still seeing the shared folders in his Preferences tab:
https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Steps_to_c ... r_from_CLI
Or you can use the Persona feature, or also in Network Edition the Archive & Discovery to enable the archive in the account that you want and will be transparent for the user.
Best regards

Thanks for the tip. But I was hoping to try and find a way so that the source user wouldn't be aware it was being shared.
Thanks though. I think hidden forwarding is probably the easiest.

Wouldn't you be better implementing an archiving solution so you can capture all the mail as a backup solution as well (assuming you're not an NE user, of course)?
