EWS crash after autodiscover

Hello

I am trying to enable ews activesync to new installed 8.6 zimbra , when i add the account to outlook i got the below

As i think i am getting error 500 directly when posting to Exchange.asmx , nothing in ews.log file .
Any idea where to look more to see what is the problem ?

Hi shahbour,
Did you enable the EWS for that Account? You can see it here:

Thanks for the reply yes i did that and autodiscover is working good

and don't know where to look for the ews error , ews.log is always empty .

Is it a licensed feature ?

Can you please share with us the result of the next command as zimbra user:

zmlicense -p | egrep -i 'touch|ews'

hello

i am using the open source version

[zimbra@mail ~]$ zmlicense -p | egrep -i 'touch|ews'

-bash: zmlicense: command not found

Ok, thank you for your time, next time when you create a Thread, don't forget to attach the result of your Zimbra version using zmcontrol -v
