I have been unable to find anything on this, and I'm hoping someone can help.
As a gradual part of a corporate "re-branding," we are having to set up aliases and personas for 15 or 20 mailboxes at a time, and it will eventually number to roughly 900 mailboxes. We can't just rename the domain in a single act.
Other than the "brute force" method of connecting to a mailbox through the web client, then going into preferences to set up the personas, customize the "sent from" & "reply to" entries, and set up a new signature for the persona. Is there any way to script the creation of personas for a great number of mailboxes? Of course, adding aliases on the mailbox is a breeze to script.
I I've been unable to figure out a way to create the personas in bulk for hundreds of mailboxes.
In my testing, it appears that only the primary account signature is stored in the user's mailbox, and I have been unable to figure out where the personas or persona signatures are stored (I assume it's in mysql, but when I ran a "show tables" from mysql, it doesn't list anything that might be a place to store personas as a part of the mailbox, so I'm guessing I'm wrong.)
Any help here would be VERY much appreciated!
Thanks in advance,
Mark
