change default log in page color

I tried below command and still having same blue white log in page
Event after clearing all firefox history

Hi,
Are you trying after change it to access to a URL like mail.doa.gov.my ? or something *.doa.gov.my ? If you try to go using the IP will not work.

I tried that on webmail2.doa.gov.my and still no changes

probably cache related, now on firefo 49 I did not have to clear cache on browser to see changes or front page color after restarting mailbox service
