Well, the same question applies - why would you need to do that?

Because after change version from NE to FOSS . all works correctly , but mail accounts is limited by 100 . Reinstallation of zimbra did not resolve the problem.

So you're saying that you've done an upgrade with the most recent version *8.8.10) of Zimbra and you still have the NE licence in effect as it's restricting the number of user accounts you can create? Can you confirm the zcs version by posting the full output of the following command:

Code: Select all

zmcontrol -v
If that does show the Open Source version then my advice would be to contact Zimbra Support, even though you're outside the trial period they should be able to help.

When did your trial of NE finish? As a trial user you are entitled to support and, in my opinion, you should be able to get support for this issue even if you're past the end of your trial.

[EDIT]Do you see any of the NE features (such as backup or License details) in the Admin web UI?

1) NE trial ended on the 20180831.
2) Support engineer answered me : I would like to mention that once you have installed a license it can not be removed. You can reinstall to a clean system to re enable FOSS.
3) Yes , there is "backup module" in admin web UI. Also in the first screen there is "Zimbra Network " tab.

Console view:
root@mailbox:~/install# dpkg -l | grep license
ii zimbra-license-extension 8.8.9.1529044072-1.u16 amd64 Zimbra License Extension
ii zimbra-license-tools 8.8.9.1529043550-1.u16 amd64 Zimbra License Tools
root@mailbox:~/install# dpkg -l | grep zimbra-network-modules-ng
ii zimbra-network-modules-ng 2.0.3.1533551703-1.u16 amd64 Zimbra Network Modules New Generation

What if i delete "zimbra-license-extension" and " zimbra-network-modules-ng". How will it affect the work of mail server?

Unfortunately I thought that would be the case. As far as I remember, updating an NE version to OSS version should remove all of those features and what you appear to have is still an NE install. Is this a VM or bare metal installation? I'd suggest as a first test is to download the most recent version of ZCS OSS version and then try an update again and see if solves the problem.
