Hi,

Which version of Zimbra, Firefox and Chrome are you using? After you did last update of what? your Zimbra or your clients browsers?

There are a couple of bugs and fixes flying around these days related to visualization, but they only apply to certain versions...

Ok. I can confirm that with 8.8.11p2 is working fine, but both of you are using p3 so it looks like a new problem with latest release. Did you see this post from Mark? viewtopic.php?f=13&t=65732

Could you describe what "can't see the conversation as usual" is so we better understand the symptoms? Or even better, if you are paying customers, maybe opening a support ticket?

Look at the first line of the first message in this email thread, only half off the line is visible and there is no way to expand it.

looks like a bug indeed but I can't find any bug fix or release note reference for it.

If you have Zimbra support, could you file a support ticket? I'll try to verify with some collegues if this is happening to them too, but this confirmation will have to wait until tuesday night (cest).

I don't have support, I'm using the FOSS version.

Not a big issue as we can read the message by opening it or using a different browser than Firefox.

Thank you.

In the file /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/js/MailCore_all.js I changed row 15278 from

height += 20;

to

height = "auto";

Then I ran the following commands

su - zimbra
cd /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/zimbra/js/
rm MailCore_all.js.zgz
cp MailCore_all.js MailCore_all.js_tmp
gzip -S .zgz MailCore_all.js
cp MailCore_all.js_tmp MailCore_all.js
chown zimbra:zimbra MailCore_all*

zmmailboxdctl restart

I cleared th Firefox cache, the webmail is now working on my server.

I did this based on th comment:
//see bug 56899 - if the body has height such as 100% or 94%, it causes a problem in FF in calcualting the iframe height. Make sure the height is clear.

I hope zimbra dev team will add more information or release a better fix.
