8.7.11 Patch 10 GA Rele

We seem to have been effected by the vulnarability mentioned here:

Supposedly patch 10 is supposed to fix the exploit, however I am unable to find where to download it from.
The following release notes do not point to a download link: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Zimbra_Releases/8.7.11/P10
Anybody know how to get the patch?

The Release Notes tell you exactly where to get the patch download i.e. on the ZCS download page.
