Urgent, Cannot su on zimbra

Hi everyone i cannot su to zimbra after troubleshooting the zmcat issue, I executed the following

#chown root:root /opt/zimbra/log/zmswatch*
#chmod 400 /opt/zimbra/log/zmswatch*
pkill zmswatch
#chmod 0775 /opt/zimbra/data/tmp/upload

but after this
# /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms -e

Server went down and now su zimbra gives me

bash-4.1$

Please help,. Im on downtime now!

Zimbra version is 8.5 running on centos

If you haven't solved this yet here's what you want to do:
Rerun the installer, it will fix any of these kind of problems. Not the patcher, the installer. After you run it for the version you have, then reapply the patch.

The installer will fix permissions, and the bashrc file along with any groups.

When in doubt, rerun the installer.
