Re: 8.8.12 Patch 3 breaks inline signatures and creates multiple attachments
I've opened two tickets @Zimbra Support, here are the case numbers you can mention in discussion with Zimbra Support:
"Case 00850083 Upgrade from 8.8.12_P2 to 8.8.12_P3 breaks printing inline images"
"Case 00849909 Infinite attachement since 8.8.12P3 in mail window"
So far i did not even have a response admitting these are bugs, they are trying to reproduce...
The bug with infinite attachements is annoying but the bug with printing is breaking the business - we have lots of users who can't print their messages with inline images (only text from the messages is printed)

Responding to an e-mail with inline attachments (possibly other attachments too) will also exhibit this behavior when the draft is saved
Superior testing of this one

Hello,
next to the problem with multiple attachments we have also problem with broken formatted signatures when using zimbra outlook connector with outlook.
it seems that "only" html signatures wich where created in outlook or updated in outlook are affected.
we can reproduce it the following:
1. create a signature in outlook. Here put html signature with single line spaces in.
2. save the signature, place it in email and it seems to bee correct.
3. close outlook normaly. open outlook again.
4. try to use the signature in new mail again from selecting it on the signature list.
Now signature is broken and showing a further space
zimbra isn't able to reproduce the bug as we told.
has anyone else this problem?

Re: 8.8.12 Patch 3 breaks inline signatures and creates multiple attachments
I can confirm this issue on CentOS 7 and 8.8.12.
So far none of the code patches I tried, including the one above and from git seem to work.

I just opened a case today, I hope they will soon find and fix the bug.
But I think it's linked to ZCO that is not fully OWASP compatible/debugged.

Same problem here with 8.7.11 patch 12. I was blaming Outlook at first. Looks like I unfairly blamed Microsoft for once.

Hi,
my name is Davide and i work how System Engineer in a Information Technology Company.
We have implemented some Zimbra Mail Server for us and our customers.
Now i have the same problem (braks inline and multiple attachments) in my server after apply the patch 12 to Zimbra 8.7.11.
Can you have any info for solve the problem?
For the moment i incremented the default value for "save draft" for bypass the problem.
Thanks
Davide

Where is this new process? I can't find it on https://wiki.zimbra.com/, and the "Submit Bug" link at the bottom goes to the DEAD Bugzilla. This is ridiculous.andrey.ivanov wrote: For more information about this process, please see the Zimbra New Bug Fix / Reporting Process wiki.
