Mail Forward only sends out mails received from local user

Hello, we are trying zimbra 8.8.12 FOSS everything seems to work fine except for mail forwarding in preferences > mail > receiving messages > Message Arrival: forward a copy to: it only forward mails from an internal sender, no mails from received from an external domain gets forwarded. Is there anyone here had this problem? TIA

Hello i just upgraded to 8.8.15 still mails from external senders does not forward automatically unlike when the sender came from within zimbra

To get more information :
1 - check the account configuration with command line.
2 - track a mail which should be forwarded.
