Webmail: External IMAP Account Sync error

Hi!
This is my first post here, im trying to get rid of exchange, so im testing a Zimbra Server (Open Source Edition).
So far is working fine, im very happy with it. But i have a problem:
I need to add some external IMAP accounts (actually they are in a exchange server, but IMAP is enabled).
It start the sync but after a few minutes, i get this error on the webmail:

Error: system failure: Folder sync failed, system failure: Synchronization of folder '/XXXXX/INBOX' failed, system failure: UID FETCH failed: com.zimbra.cs.mailclient.CommandFailedException: UID FETCH failed: Error in response, UID FETCH failed: Error in response, Exception in response handler, system failure: Unable to get size of dataSource XXXXXXXXX, Out of range value for column 'sum(mi.size)' : value 2147734709 is not in class java.lang.Integer range

And of course, it does not keep the syncing

I searched a lot but i couldnt find any solution.

Now i realize this error starts when the mailbox reach the size of 2gb.

Fixed issue with backup when mailbox had large amount of data

The default value for the Free Space Threshold value on NG Backup is now 2048Mb to improve usability.

We have the same issue.
We have accounts with data of 32GB, 64GB. Cannot backup all.

There will be a fix? Is very annoying.

We have the FOSS version (so no NG Backup module) and we still get the error.

Release 8.8.15.GA.3829.UBUNTU16.64 UBUNTU16_64 FOSS edition.

No client can read anothe zimbra box and also not an external box like gmail

Looks like it has been used an int instead of a long for typing the size value. This means error for any external datasource biggest than 2^31-1 b
We had a customer with the same problem, opened a ticket to the support portal.
