I have a problem with quota setting. Normally, I set up domain quota of 5GB. And then I modify account quota if I want, for example, 10GB of quota in case user's mailbox is full of 5GB. I think this is right procedure, isn't it? However, the user can not receving new email because of quota exceeded (in mailbox quota view of domain, it show 100% usage) while in the web interface, user quota show 50% usage only.
