Zimbra 9 patch 6 multi problems

Hello,

I went from a version 8.8.11 to a NE 9 patch 6 version and I have a lot of problems.


1 )
On my version 8.8.11 dare I had zextras suite pro. With version 9 the chat has disappeared.
It is well activated in the COS, I opened a support ticket but I did not get a response.


I reinstalled zimbra-connect and zimbra-network on demand from the support but it still doesn't work. Zimbra connect is properly activated in the admin console.
The chat worked very well in version 8.8.11
When I look in developer mode I have this when opening webmail:

2 second problem :

A reply to a received mail create a new template mail which included theses headers from the original mail.


De: ... [the From header]
à: ... [the To: header]
Cc: ...
Rendez-vous amoureux: lundi 24 août 2020 23:11 CEST
Sujet : ...


The original 'Date:' header is translated in 'Rendez-vous amoureux:'
==> Wrong translation !!

A 'date' ( like Tue, 25 Aug 2020 12:48:21 ) is a 'Date' in French or "Envoyé le"

Rendez-vous amoureux in french is like "love meeting" in english !!

Anyone for help me please ?

The translation problem is a known issue at this time and is being tracked as ZBUG-1685. You should be able to follow updates on this issue through the support portal.

I know but it still open since v9 patch 2.

in French, date is translate by "love meeting"....

it's s very detrimental in the relationship with our customers

The bug has no status, you know if it is supported?
