Zimbra not working properly after change of IP Address

Good day everyone.

It's been month that our mail server is down due to service interruption (ISP contract renewed). So, I change the IP address of mail server from old ISP to our new provider. After changing everything it was working fine (DNS, IP and MX Record) you can check here. http://www.mail.sanjuancity.ph.

But services is down on web panel but on CLI it's running. I need help to run again the mail services of the LGU. Thanks
