Unless I'm very much mistaken, all the features they promote on the updates page are -ng features supplied by ZeXtras.
Certainly there's nothing new there.

A Zimbra Network Edition license is required to use Zimbra Daffodil (v10).

That's no different to Zimbra 9. Zimbra (Synacor) stopped providing binaries for the FOSS version after 8.8.15, so if you want a supported version of Zimbra you need to buy NE.
