I have this version of zimbra installed on my server Release 8.8.15_GA_3869.RHEL6_64_20190917004220 RHEL6_64 FOSS edition, Patch 8.8.15_P28, I need to update only his patch due to vulnerability, but I don't know how to do that... can you help me from the beginning?

You can update to the latest patch by following the "Patch Installation" section in the release notes for each patch release. The patches are cumulative for the product release versions, meaning you do not have to install each patch in sequence (just update to the latest).
