We're having some issues with Outlook clients unable to send e-mail. The mail stays in their Outbox.
The problem is intermittent, when the user hits 'Send & Receive' a few times, eventually the mail will go through. Mails with attachments seem more prone to hitting this issue.
In the logs we can see:
2023/03/23 14:48:11 [info] 1633576#0: *43365 epoll_wait() reported that client prematurely closed connection, so upstream connection is closed too while reading response header from upstream, client: X, server: zproxy1, request: "POST /service/soap/WaitSetRequest HTTP/1.1", upstream: "https://10.29.26.5:7443/service/soap/WaitSetRequest", host: "zimbra"
10.29.26.5:7443 is the mailboxd service on our mailbox store server. A Java process has bind to that port, but it doesn't seem to do any logging. There's no 'catalina.out' file anywhere. Nor any other Java logfile.
Can someone help fixing this issue?
