Failed to login to zimbra with ldap external base user

Hello,

I would be very grateful if someone could help me with a problem.

I installed zimbra 8.8.15. I set up my domain on an external ldap basis. The test works in the configuration.

However, when I try to log in to zimbra with the user, it does not find the account.

I've already checked the logs for account not found.

Could someone help me please?
