Zimbra 10 OnlyOffice multiple domain

Post by volandkey »

Hello! I did a clean installation of zimbra 10, connected some domains, generated letsencrypt certificates etc.
I can create/upload doc/xls/ppt files in briefcase and it also works well with previewing. But if I want to edit or share a document, I have some problems.
For example: I have mx0.example.com as my primary domain, mail.example2.com as my second, mail.example3.com as my third, etc.

If I create an account user@example2.com, login via https://mail.example2.com and click edit in the portfolio - the browser goes to https://mx0.example.com:8443/service/shf/.... and I get a blank page, either a 401 error or an authorisation window. Either way OnlyOffice won't launch. If I share the file - I get the same "error". If I manually edit the address page in my browser, and set the location to https://mail.example2.com/service/shf/... without port 8443 and replace the domain name - OnlyOffice starts.
This also works for shared links, removing the port and editing the domain name in the link gets the result correct.

I try editing /etc/hosts to add domains - nothing happens.
Trying to add virtualhostname - nothing happens either.

Is there any solution to get Onlyoffice/Sharing working on multiple domains? I check administration guide, but nothing found about this new feature.

For each domain, you’ll need to configure the Public Service Hostname fqdn attribute. This can be set to the fqdn of the proxy server, or to the Virtual Hostname for the domain.

Be sure also to set the port and protocol (443 and https).

Thanks for advice!
Solved via web interface:
In domain info, zimbraPublicServiceHostname mail2.example.com (same as virtualhostname), zimbraPublicServiceProtocol https, and zimbraPublicServicePort 443 and OpenOffice correctly opens and shared links generates.
