Hi,
I have configured webmail zimbra on smartphone (android / iphone) with RSA PIN code and Secure Id OTP for authentication from the WAN.
From Zimbra administration (in advanced settings), the session timeout is 2 minutes (for testing purpose). Bellow the both scenarios :
1. when accessing to zimbra webmail from a web-browser, after 2 minutes the user is disconnected but the authentication with the PIN code and OTP is not possible (we can see the default page for webmail zimbra (from the internal) and not the page to authenticate (PIN + OTP) from outside (WAN))
2. if we create a shortcut to zimbra webmail on user mobile desktop, the user remains connected, so the session timeout does not work.
Please let me know if the problem description is not clear.

Some precisions :
- the auth token timeout has to be configured too
- when the user session is timeout the web page is the default page for zimbra webmail and not the one with PIN + OTP. It seems the user datas are cached somewhere...
