Two-Factor Calendar Sync via ICS HTTP URL

Hello,

We have recently enabled two-factor for our instance, however, we're not able to successfully authenticate to the following URL using Application Code/Passcodes

https://mail.server.com/home/user@domain.com/Calendar.ics

Is there an alternative .ics HTTP URL where Application Codes/Passcodes can be provided for authentication? Or is there an alternative method of authenticating our users to their ICS URL (other than Basic Authentication via Authorization header?)
