Problem exporting archive from zimbra desktop

I know that zimbra desktop is no longer supported.
But I would like to know if anyone has had problems exporting the archive (Local Folders) from the zimbra desktop.
I'm trying to export the archive but it ends up despite being 40kb

You can archive your email messages by moving them to a folder on Zimbra Desktop that is not synced back to your account. When you archive messages, messages are saved to your computer. If your computer crashes, your archived messages could be lost. To protect your archived data, you should use the Zimbra back up too.
