Calendar Sync issues since upgrading to 10

Hi All...

Feels like the flower isn't in full bloom. Since upgrading to 10 we've had a good number of issues vs. 8. Patches are current on the server.

The biggest issue we have right now is no calendars sync properly to mobile devices. This is a major issue as people cannot joining meetings when the meeting info is missing from their calendar. All mobile devices are either Google Pixel of Samsung (S23, 23+, Flip). We've tried native apps and other apps from the Play Store. This issue did not exist prior to the upgrade.

When the meeting events sync they don't sync all of the data. Mostly what is in the body of the meeting. Many times it will only sync the first 4-5 characters of the first word in the body of the message.

A ticket is open with Zimbra but I'm curious who else is having issues as I can't believe it is just us.

90-100 users affected right now. Sync should just work at this point in the game.

Can you let me know the ticket ID you have opened?
Also, any errors you see in the log file during or after the events are synced?
Have you tried reconfiguring the profile on Mobile?

Could you let us know the ticket number that is opened.
Also could you help with details on the issues that are faced during the calendar sync.

Sorry, just saw this. I will get it and post it. Lots of weird mobile sync issues going on with 10.

Thanks for sharing the case number.

Looking at the issue reported for time difference on the web interface and Android device, there is a fix made for this issue related to timezone for day light saving changes and will be released in 10.0.7. Hope this fixes the issue for you as well.

Is there a time frame for the release?

The timezone issue is a little different than the details sections of a meeting not syncing. Hopefully they fixed both in the one patch.

The release with the fix is expected to release in Feb this month.
