Any update for empty mail? My collagues are really upset for this situation, they dont want to use webclient so i have to resolve this problem as fast as possible.
Any suggestion?

Did you upgrade to the latest version of ZCO and Outlook? We are not experiencing this issue anymore as far as I know, we are not receiving complains colleagues that are using Outlook.

I continue to have this problem despite the latest zco (version 1947) with different versions of Office (2016, 2019, 2021) x32 and x64.

Server Release 9.0.0.GA.4178.UBUNTU20.64 UBUNTU20_64 NETWORK edition, Patch 9.0.0_P46.

Are there any settings that could eliminate the problem or do we need to wait for a new release of ZCO?

Giving rollbacks of outdated office versions and/or disabling office updates is not a solution.
Office must be up to date and ZCO must work.
