Hi everyone,
I'm seeking assistance with a data migration issue I'm facing. I'm currently in the process of migrating mailboxes from Domin to Zimbra. While the migration itself seems successful, I've encountered a problem with the preservation of read/unread status for emails.
After migration, all emails appear as read in Zimbra, even though they were marked as unread in Domino. This is causing confusion and inconvenience for my users.
I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Verified that the migration tool used supports read status transfer (unfortunately, the documentation is limited on this aspect).
- Checked for any error messages or logs related to the read status issue during migration, but haven't found anything specific.
I'm hoping someone in the community might have encountered this issue before and can offer some insights or solutions. Any suggestions on how to recover or preserve read status during the migration process would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your help!

Re: READ STATUS LOST DURING MIGRATION FROM DOMINO TO ZIMBRA
Might be better to use imapsync and connect to Domino with that to move emails from Domino to Zimbra. I believe when I've used this previously, the unread/read status of emails is preserved.
