EWS problem with Microsoft Outlook 365 for Mac

Hi all

running zimbra 9 last patch NE.

zmlicense -p|grep -i ews
EwsAccountsLimit=1000

zmprov -l ga user@domain zimbraFeatureEwsEnabled
# name user@domain
zimbraFeatureEwsEnabled: TRUE

It's impossible to configure account in exchange mode on Microsoft Outlook 365 for Mac.

Tried many URLs for configuration on Outlook:

https://hostname
https://hostname/EWS/Exchange.asmr
https://hostname/Exchange.asmr

but conf doesn't work in any way.

In outlook mobile for iPhone account configuration goes right, but no mails are synced.

Anyone can please help?

To my understanding the “new” Outlook for Mac UI no longer supports EWS. If you can switch to the “old” still that may work.

Best to open a Support Case for official confirmation.
