I am getting bounced back from one of closed mail address which is already closed from my zimbra server.

Recently one of our employee has retired from his role and i have closed his mailbox and remove membership all groups. But still we are getting bounce report. I

Did you enable zimbraMtaSmtpdRejectUnlistedRecipient on your platform?

No i have no idea about that, but we are using cisco ESA in our environment.

Your bounced mails looks like backscatters.
See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Backscatter_(email)

ZCS, with its default settings, does nothing against backscatter.
You have to enable this parameter to avoid it.
