Web interface: Wrong sender name shown in received email
So it seems that Zimbra Web does not show the sender's name as specified in the From: field of a received message, if that email address is in the recipient's Contacts, In which case, it shows the name from the Contact. I recall fighting with Outlook a couple decades ago to disable this behavior. Is there a way to disable it in Zimbra Web? Thanks.

You will have to remove/correct the contact on recipient side.
