Import zimbra account into new Outlook fails

Hello Zimbra community,

I'm desperately trying to import a zimbra account into new outlook but outlook keeps failing with this error.
INVALID CREDENTIALS INTERACTION REQUIRED

I tried to activate 2FA and set an application password but steel failing.

Do you have any configuration or suggestion to make it work ?

Be aware that (at least in US) the new Outlook is known to connect from Office365 servers (even if you don't have Office365) to the Zimbra servers.

Regarding your 2FA application passcode make sure to write it verbatim... usually the application password is in capital letters. You should not write the application password in non-capital letters but in capital letters.
