A single user's inbox will not preload beyond 400 messages.

I have one user who, when scrolling through their inbox, cannot load more than 400 messages before it will not load more messages.

- User logs in.
- Status at top right of inbox windows shows "200 of 3876 messages".
- User begins scrolling down through their inbox.
- At 200 messages displayed status reads "300 of 3876 messages".
- At 300 messages displayed status reads "400 of 3876 messages".
- Status changes to "Loading..." and Zimbra throws the below error.
- User can scroll no further.

I have had the user try different browsers with no change in behavior. If the View mode is changed to "Conversations" from "Messages" the problem does not appear. I can duplicate the problem by viewing the users mail from the admin page.

I am on a different network than the user and other users on the same network as the problem PC have no issue.

Unless someone has seen this before, I have never seen this, I think it is a Zimbra support ticket issue.

Support case #01868013 opened. I can find no cause for this.

Support got back to me promptly.

All is well. It never occurred to me to reindex the mailbox.

I spoke too soon. While it worked when I tested from the admin console it exhibited the same behavior two hours later when the user tried it. Still working with support.

Have You tried following steps?

1.- Backup the mailbox account.
2.- Delete the account.
3.- Create the account.
4.- Restore the mailbox.

Once done it, try again.

No, not yet. That was my next move. For now, we have upgraded zimbra to 10.1.12 as it seems upgrading has fixed many of our iPhone issues with calendars. We will see if the problem returns.

Tonight we move domains. This will take a back burner to that work so I will check back with her after the domain move. I do know that the user has not experienced the issue again since the upgrade.
