Maldua's Zimbra ActiveSync Auth for ZCS FOSS 10.1.x is available

This ActiveSync Auth extension will improve integration with Z-Push and Z-Push Zimbra Backend.

Features:

- 2FA Application Passcodes now work
- Only allow connections from zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs ips by default for an increased security.
- Only accounts that have zimbraFeatureMobileSyncEnabled (Enable ActiveSync) set to true are allowed to authenticate.

Please notice that it does not bring an equivalent functionality to an ActiveSync server on its own.

As explained in the Github documentation this needs a minimal edit of Z-Push Zimbra Backend files.
