Barry seemed to drop out last October, and since then the forum has been bereft of actual interaction from Zimbra employees.
Come back Barry, we need you!
Where has Barry de Graff gone?

Looks like John Eastman has gone too.
Will the last one to leave turn out the lights?

Re: Where has Barry de Graff gone?
I have just known that Barry left Synacor when reading the bTactic blog today. Quite sad. Barry makes the blog section appealing with many quality articles, helping Zimbra keep up with other email solutions.
I loved and will remember the webinar organized by Barry and John.
Minh.

Re: Where has Barry de Graff gone?
Sorry to revive an old thread -- Seems as if there has been a mass exodus of Synacor staff over the past year or so?
We lost our local account rep, the PM seems to have left and several technical contacts. Does anyone know what's going on over there?
Since the new 'escalation process' last year, They force us to do everything through TSS tickets, then ignore them when we have large numbers of mail clients down. We are concerned about them, we have lost all contact with anyone aside from the TSS staff who seem overwhelmed most days.
Thank you

Re: Where has Barry de Graff gone?
There was always an intention for Synacor to prep it for sale (viewtopic.php?p=307862#p307862), so I suspect it's removal of competent staff (they cost money), offshoring all development and a new licensing system to try and make the figures look good for market. In the mean time, drive it into the ground and hope they can move it on before impact.
