Zimbra's antisamy repo has jar binaries !!!

While checking the ZCS 10.1.13 update on the Zimbra's antisamy repo I have noticed that Zimbra's antisamy has an additional lib directory with jar binaries which was added back in 2019.

This one commit is: ZBUG-1174: Web client does not show UTF-8 "Quoted-Printable" (#1).

If you check antisamy upstream there's not such that lib directory.

You can check how latest commits are forced to update those jar libs to keep everything in sync.

Can anyone from Synacor/Zimbra development tell us why this did happen in the first place?
Also... Do you have any intention of fixing it so that those lib dependencies (probably in build time) are handled otherwise?
