Hi,
the lawyer of the adverse party send me an email before the court audience and I need to prove that I saw it and opened it only after the audience.
When we click on an email to open it, is there a place where the time of this opening action is registered by the zimbra server?
This data could really help me to get this procedure cancelled for mistrial.
Thank you!

Assuming webmail: check /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log.<date> for "GetMsgRequest" on your account.

Hi Ghen,
thanks a lot for your answer, and sorry to bother you more, but i'm just digital ignorant.
I searched for it but I can't find where to "check on my account" : /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log.<date> for "GetMsgRequest"
Do i need to ask my webmail provider?
Thanks again!

This is a forum for Zimbra admins, i.e. for people managing mailservers. If you use a provider's e-mail service, then you should ask them...
