Updated to 10.1.16.p1 from 10.1.15.p1 on Oracle 9 on a proxmox virtual machine.
Update went flawless.
In 2025 I tried zextras community edition which a disaster as I tried the first time when a bug was present.
The forum was very slow to respond. Bottom line: I scrapped all of zextras, not worth anyones time.

Any help, please!!
You are better off creating a new thread. Given that you are the first one reporting it for this latest version It does not seem to be Maldua build specific.

Same thing happened to me. I tried using Carbonio from the Zextras team, but after an update and critical problems that took months to resolve, and then each update generating more and more problems, and the forum support being incredibly slow and not listening to the product's issues, I gave up and went back to Zimbra.

I updated from Ubuntu 22.05 from 10.1.15 to 10.1.16 and everything is 100%.

Thanks to the Zimbra team, maldua.

Hi Carlos, I remember you. The experience was very frustrating with Zextras.

Hi!

Yes, it really wasn't a good experience. To be fair, it started well, but after the updates around 09/2025, nothing worked properly anymore. That's when the nightmare began, forcing me to give up...
But what's really "bad" is that I tried to help a lot on the forum by reporting problems with a lot of information, and you know what happened? I lost the status I had for interacting a lot on the forum and I was moderated, meaning everything I posted had to be approved, and guess what?! Almost nothing was, even simple things. Some were approved months later sometimes. I found that completely ridiculous and it shows that it's a project without a future, besides the horrible support and the very slow forum from the devs (when they even spoke).

I didn't want to leave Zimbra, but because of everything everyone already knows about the end of "free" Zimbra, I ended up leaving. But I'm back again now and I'm already installing it in more places.

NOTE: If by chance you were on the Carbonio forum and I didn't answer you, it's because they didn't approve the post lol
