Activate Zimbra Chat in Zimbra 10.1.18

Hello friends, I'm having trouble configuring Zimbra Chat in Zimbra 10.1.18. Perhaps there's a manual for installing or configuring it, since I currently have a Zimbra license that allows me to use Zimbra Chat, but the chat option doesn't appear in the user console.
