Board Emails are down! There is no one to contact in case the account gets "locked out"

Hi,

I'm not sure what happened but over the weekend my account seems to have gotten locked out. I could not access it even with the correct password?

I tried a password reset email, which didn't work as nothing went through....

I tried creating a new account which didn't work as no emails sent like per above....

I tried reaching out to Zimbra themselves and I don't have a customer login

The board of Administrators is also non functional as that page has been "removed"


What's the best action if a situation like mine occurs? How to regain access to the forum and help?

It's been broken for a while.

I would suggest to send an email to "support [at] zimbra [dot] com".

The same thing happened to me when I went to change my password.

Luckily I have access currently but it's good to have a "back door" so to speak if needed

Is there any indication e-mail notifications will be fixed? Having to remember to log into the forum is making me lose track, because I don't...
