unknown document: CreateFolderRequest ???

I'm trying to create a new task list folder as follows:
http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:xsd=http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi=http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">

email@domain.com

I get a "unknown document: CreateFolderRequest" error. Any ideas?

You're missing the namespace on the CreateFolderRequest element
