Restricting Distribution List Senders port 465 not check

Hi All ,
I have did success steps to Restrinting Distrbution List Sendesr with this articles RestrictPostfixRecipients - Zimbra :: Wiki . But when we conf outlook to smtp port 465 with ssl then account can send email to Restrinting Distrbution List . Please give any advice for my issue.
