I'm the software development manager for Codian Australia. Codian make the most advanced video conferencing hardware products on the planet and to schedule conferences we have taken the Zimbra platform and extended it to reserve video conference resources and to initiate the conference itself.
We are growing our team and require smart AJAX, Java or C++ programmers to join us. At present we are looking for recent graduates with excellent Computer Science or Engineering degrees to work alongside our talented and experienced team. You should be comfortable with complex object orientated programming, relational databases and preferably have made contributions to open source projects.
We have a number of exciting projects, both in terms of extending the Zimbra platform itself and other self contained projects using the same open source stack as the Zimbra Collaboration Suite.
