Export account - Exclude fodler

Postby Colin00001 » Thu Aug 04, 2016 12:37 am

Hello,

I am attempting to export a very large mailbox (+10GB), however the download is terminating unexpectedly.

Is it possible to specify a folder to be excluded during the export?

Is there another method of downloading the mailbox apart from the Import / Export option under preferences?

Thank you for your time,
Colin

Hi Colin,

Can you try exporting the mailbox using the CLI with zmmailbox command

/opt/zimbra/bin/zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.com -t 0 getRestURL “//?fmt=tgz” > /tmp/account.tgz

Hi,
Do you have access to the Zimbra Server ? You can use any ssh client like putty to access the ZCS server and run the command using zimbra user.
