AOL SMTP Error

Postby mario_s » Fri Mar 23, 2018 4:59 pm

Hello,
I cannot add any AOL accounts under IMAP in Zimbra Desktop (this is happening with all AOL accounts). This just started happening 2 days ago. AOL support says that Zimbra Desktop is the cause of the issue. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Here is the error I am receiving.

service.FAILURE: system failure: SMTP connect failure

Can you add your AOL account as an IMAP account successfully in a different client, like Thunderbird?

Then I'd file a bug report in bugzilla, or, if you have Network Edition licensed on the Zimbra Server, I'd open a Support ticket.
