main antispam keep seeing connection time out to zimbra mta

Hi Team,

currently we deployed an antispam server infront of zimbra mail server. Where this antispam server will filter necessary spam before sending the mail to zimbra server. However, we notice that the antispam server keep seeing connection timeout and causing the mail stuck in the queue. We have try to test telnet from antispam to zimbra and it is working fine. we also have try to search in the logs if there is any error related to antispam ip being drop/block/limit connection by zimbra. but couldn't find anything on that. can anyone suggest what should we check on zimbra to confirm if there is any sign of connection problem? i have confirm that antispam is working correctly as it is also sending to other mail server without any problem except for this specific mail server only.

anything in /var/log/zimbra.log ? when the AntiSpam establish the connection.

I have browse thru the log but seems like there is no log showing connection issue. even on the postcreen does show connection from antispam ip is whitelisted. what else can we check?
