AD integration

Hello. New to Zimbra, so please be patient. My predecessor purchased this product and then retired. I am trying to get AD authentication working.

I've uploaded numerous log files to support (we have 'Premium' support) but with no luck. They say that 'engineering is looking at it'. Over a month has gone by with no results. Is this typical?

I believe we have everything set up in order to get AD integration working, but it isn't.

The only guess I have might have something to do with the domain certificate. We are using Zimbra for internal mail only. So the only certificate for us would be the domain certificate. One of the configuration pages asks for the domain certificate and the private key. But from what I read online, an internal domain cert shouldn't have both.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

what is not working ? Any log to post or error message ? Why do you think it is certificate problem ?
