Have you tried talking to that SMTP server using telnet from your server?
ie, are you firewalled, in a block list or have a broken config your end?

Code: Select all

brad@xxxx:~$ telnet 142.250.27.27 25
Trying 142.250.27.27...
Connected to 142.250.27.27.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 mx.google.com ESMTP s8-20020a170906220800b006df76385de9si17662482ejs.649 - gsmtp
quit
221 2.0.0 closing connection s8-20020a170906220800b006df76385de9si17662482ejs.649 - gsmtp
Connection closed by foreign host.

Change your PTR record to match your MX record. I would start with that. It should most likely by: mail.mtsdesignhub.com assuming that MX record exists.

If you are unable to send email to Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo but can still receive them, the issue is usually linked to outgoing server(SMTP) settings or migration errors. A professional solution is to use ToolsBaer IMAP to IMAP Migration, which ensures a smooth email migration while preserving server settings, authentication and folder hierarchy. This excellent tool supports all Windows versions like 11, 10, 8.1, 8, XP and Vista. This tool ensures that no folder is lost during the migration by maintaining the original mailbox structure.

"Connection time out" it is due a firewall or a problem of ports in your outbound connection.

If you are using a share VM on a hosting, the 25 port normally will be block and you will not be able to send emails, for security hosting share politics.

"Connection timed out" is not realted to zimbra, it is related to a outgoing problem in your connection, due a firewall or a device in the middle avoiding outgoing of the port 25.
