Printing Emails

I'm hoping I'm posting this to the right section. But when I try printing emails through our web-base Zimbra the header (Sender, Receiver and Subject) is on one page, but the actual body is on the second page. Is there any way to fix this. I'm using Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

I couldn't reproduce this using Chrome under Linux, but did under Firefox.

The fix for Firefox was to select the Marins pull down menu and set it to minimum.

Since it appears to be a margins issue, you could try playing with the margins of your browser of choice.

I tried messing with the margins, but it still printing on 2 pages. I'm using Windows 10, I'm not sure if that makes any difference.

I would suggest as a test, you download and installl Firefox and try again. Screen shot of my print dialog

Same problem here with Chrome and Zimbra Release 8.8.15_GA_3869 We'll try using Firefox and Margins setting.

I work around the problem by changing the zoom. Same problem with Google chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Hi Manuel, where do you change the zoom level? On Zimbra webmail or in the new tab that opens when you click on "print"?
