mail.NO_SUCH_MSG

Hello community, I'm having problems with my zimbra, when I answer a specific email, while I'm typing the answer, an error message appears:

method: [unknown]
msg: no such message: 60431
code: mail.NO_SUCH_MSG
detail: soap:Sender
trace: qtp1500608548-1009649:1676658598305:f356df8a0f3278dc

And it's just with this specific email, when I go to answer others or write a new one it doesn't show the error, have you seen something similar?
