Not a question as such. Could you put the favicon back? The Zimbra forum used to stand out in my tab list with it's bright, cheery Orange square with a white Z. It appears to have lost its sunny disposition.

Hi everyone,
It looks that the wiki has also been changed or deactivated.
Anywhere I try to go in the wiki.zimbra.com I got only
Code: Select all
{
"code": 401,
"message":"Unauthorised"
}
Will you fix IT ?

I saw this a few weeks ago and did this with chrome.
And then cleared the HSTS for wiki.zimbra.com ... I also cleared the cookies but I think my problem was HSTS.
I have been on wiki.zimbra.com without issue today... both logged in and logged out.
HTH,
Jim

I was seeing the same issue. I just cleared all my cookies for *.zimbra.* and that solved it.

The cookies and HSTS are indeed good steps to take. It will take care of most of the 401s.
For me sometimes I get a 401 still and it is caused by the web application firewall that we still need to tune a bit. But it is tricky.

For me with Safari on Ventura, deleting the plist file for HSTS had no effect. After I deleted all the cookies for *.zimbra.com, then the wiki appeared with no more 401 error.

I think this is regional (IP-network) block?
